In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition - is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected - you may return or exchange the product for another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style.
For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you via Store credits ONLY.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned product and a store credit will be processed in the form of a coupon code which can be used for future purchases upto 6 months.
Returns are not valid on custom orders, discounted products or products with feeding zippers.
If a product is exchanged once, it is not eligible for exchange again.
We do not offer product exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
In the unlikely event that the shipment goes missing during transit, shipping charges will not be refunded.
